Fresh food shipping terms and conditions

We now use our delivery partners' local fresh food next-day delivery services for our shipments.
When your food is dispatched by us, our delivery partners will contact you straight away via text and/or email that you provided at the checkout, to advise you on the estimated delivery time and give you an option if you are not going to be at home. They could deliver your parcel to a neighbour or keep it in a safe place of your choice.
It is your responsibility to supply accurate contact details at the checkout and communicate with our delivery partners for timely delivery of your food.
Our delivery partners may attempt a second delivery after a first failed attempt within 48 hours of dispatch. However, our Royal Mail delivery partners only attempt delivery once. And after that, they will bin it at your expense.
Ensure you are available to receive your parcel when the first delivery is attempted. Any delivery attempted and failed would be your sole responsibility, as the company will take no financial responsibility for failed deliveries.
Working Day delivery of fresh food anywhere in the UK by our delivery partners; orders made from Sunday to Thursday before 1 pm will be sent the same day for delivery the next day.
Weekend Delivery by Our Delivery Partners fresh food anywhere in the UK.
Saturday Delivery: Orders made on Friday before 1 pm will be sent the same day and be delivered by Saturday.
Sunday Delivery: Orders made on Saturday before 1 pm will be sent the same day and be delivered by Sunday.
Alhaji Suya provides same-day delivery services to London Zones 1–3; orders will be delivered between 5 and 11 p.m. to postcodes within 3km of SE10 0RT, London. You only have one delivery attempt with these services. You will be notified when your food is on its way, and when the driver arrives at your location, he/she will call you to collect your food from the vehicle on your street. The vehicle must not be left unattended for the safety of other people's food, including yours.
Pick-up Up service: Call for advice on the time and date you want to pick up. Upon receipt of your order, check and confirm that your order is accurate. (Note: all online orders are sold chilled or frozen.)
